How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. You can easily monitor your shipment using 17Track or ParcelsApp. Please note, it may take up to 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after the label is generated.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Himalaya Rise™ uses SSL encryption technology to ensure all transactions are 100% secure. You’ll notice a lock icon next to the URL and “https” in your address bar — these are your confirmations that your data is protected.

We do not store or have access to your card details at any point in the transaction.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Damages or Issues: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — email us immediately at info@himalayarise.com with your order number and a photo and we will provide free replacement.
